REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, never worn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at besmartitaly@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to ship the package. Shipping of the goods will be paid for by Be smart in case of defective, malfunctioning or damaged products received. In case of returns or any reason not mentioned above, the cost of shipping will be borne by the customer or deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customised products (such as special orders or customised items) and personal care items (such as beauty products). In addition, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
